7/27 Happily Forever


This set is way too much fun! The hedgehog is sponged using the quick color technique. Rubbed buttercup ink pad over embossing.

Stamps: Happily Forever, Intrinsic Backgrounds
BG&T Paper: Splendor
Cardstock:Colonial White, Buttercup, Cocoa
Ink: Cocoa, Chocolate, Brown Bag, Bamboo, Olive, Buttercup, Blush
Markers: Black, Sunfower, Sunny Yellow
Just Blooms Summer Posies, Sweet Leaf Ribbon, Glitter Glue

Here is the quick coloring technique:

Using Glossy cardstock stamp the hedge hog two or three times. Using an craft knife cut out the hedgehogs face, arms and feet from one image. The hedgehogs back in another image.


Hold the template over the image you want to color and sponge with bamboo. Start from the edge of template and sponge onto the image lightly and repeat until it is as dark as you want.


After I finished with the bamboo I lightly sponged on some brown bag ink (you can see in the last image).


Color the back of hedgehog starting with bamboo, add brown bag and then highlight or shadow with chocolate and cocoa.


Finished with quick coloring.
