Stamp your image in denim blue, then paint over it with Create-A-Shade paint. Let dry. Add prisma glitter where wanted.

Stained Glass - Gloria

These are all made using the stained glass technique. Emboss image using black E.P. and then color. I used a waterbrush and ink. Cover image with liquid glass and let dry.
